Shipping and Delivery Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery. We currently offer FREE shipping within India for all orders. 

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through Blue Dart and India Post only. Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day. Most orders within India are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Most orders outside of India are delivered with 7 to 14 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care immediately at +91-91768 98449 or +91 44 4287 9200 or email us at info@hazelnotebooks.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment. The products will be dispatched within 2 working days from the day of receipt of order.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Hazel Notebooks shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Hazel Notebooks..

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Hazel Notebooks reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Hazel Notebooks has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation.

Once the product has left our warehouse, Hazel Notebooks will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to the incompetence of courier agencies. In case of such unforeseen delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.
